As the Catering Prep Clerk, you will ensure the success of the store and Catering program through excellent Guest focus and a demonstrated passion for food. This position will focus on preparation, delivery, set-up and clean-up of catering orders all while providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
Core Duties:
Provides outstanding guest service in an environment focused on sales and guest satisfaction.
Contributes to a positive work environment, focusing on creating an environment built on team work and inspiring a one team mentality.
Prepares catering orders ensuring the highest quality products and services are provided to guests.
Delivers catering orders in accordance with guest timelines.
Maintains the cleanliness of the department.
Demonstrates product knowledge.
Maintains a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and solves customer complaints.
Builds the catering business through participation in various types of food shows, soliciting local businesses, and promoting programs.
Keep abreast of trends and developments in the industry, such as menus or trends in consumer tastes.
Provides backup and support to other areas of the store and company as needed.
