Job Description:
Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Handling executives' requests and queries appropriately.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Maintain diary, arrange meetings/appointments, and provide reminders.
Make travel arrangements.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Provide administrative support to business unit management team.
May prepare correspondence.
Utilize software packages to prepare stand documents from various sources.
Proofread material for accuracy and completeness, making corrections or modifications when needed.
Coordinate site activities for meeting, visitors and employee functions.
Work with direct supervision.
Answer phones and greet visitors.
Required Skills /
Qualifications:
1 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position, with a full comprehension of office management systems and procedures Associates Degree in Business, or related field.
